Leadership competence: Leading with personality and power

Experiences from all areas of life shape the respective leadership ego long before you have attended a leadership seminar. What are your basic beliefs and expectations of a "good leader"?
Do you know your individual leadership style? What does it depend on? Do you tend to let yourself be led? Do you want to take the lead? This may be formally required because you are seeking or hold a leadership position. But there are also numerous situations in which you can act as a leader even without being a supervisor. What exactly does "leading" mean to you personally? What qualities and roles do you associate with it? What expectations are placed on managers? How do you want to deal with them? "Leading" is a challenge in many respects. Finding your own stable positioning, characterized by your own personality and the courage to shape it powerfully for the benefit of all, is what makes true leaders.

"Leadership begins in the mind" - thus this workshop is also about dealing with one's own attitude acquired in life, with the values individually considered valuable and desirable, with personal formative experiences and inner, sometimes latently acting beliefs that determine ways of thinking and behaving. The workshop enables participants to explore their individual leadership profile.
