Central freshman welcome

Dear First Semester Students,

The winter semester 2023/24 begins and we are pleased to welcome you all personally to campus. To make your start into student life easier, I, the City of Kassel, the Studierendenwerk as well as the General Student Committee (AStA) and other important contact points would like to welcome you as first semester students at the University of Kassel.

Program:

Starting at 5 p.m. Welcome by:

• the President of the University of Kassel Prof. Dr. Ute Clement
• the Lord Mayor of the City of Kassel Dr. Sven Schoeller
• the managing director of the Studierendenwerk Kassel Christa Ambrosius
• representatives of the AStA (General Students' Committee)

The welcome will be musically accompanied by the Duo Großmann & Beyer.

With music and free drinks there will be the opportunity to exchange ideas and get to know fellow students.

At the information market , many institutions of the city, the university, the Studierendenwerk and other organizations will present themselves, offer information and materials and have small surprises in store.
