Call for Inclusion Guides - Apply now and make the world of work more inclusive

Information for female students, graduates and professionals

Diversity and inclusion are not just empty words for you and you want to actively work for change?
Would you like to learn new things together with others and gain experience for your career start?

Become an InclusionGuide and work with us on new ideas and concrete implementations for more equal opportunities!

Young people are looking for a workplace that allows them to contribute their strengths, sees diversity as an opportunity and fosters an open and fair working culture.

As a student with a disability and/or chronic illness, you know best what it takes to work in a company that is as inclusive and barrier-free as possible or what hurdles and problems there are in application procedures. We will train you so that you can work on specific projects as a team of two in a company. You will be accompanied and supported by experts and moderators.

Two Inclusion Guides will be sent to each of the selected companies. Over the course of a year, you will work with management, recruiting and employer branding managers to analyze job advertisements, make the visual language more diverse and work through more flexible working time models. Following your analysis, the first changes will be implemented and the working culture will be made more inclusive.
