ABLe: Work-related vocation and performance for people with disabilities
The aim of the project is to take a closer look at working people with disabilities and a lived vocation and to trace and analyze their path to a suitable profession. For this purpose, PWD from four occupational groups (pastors, PWD in the police, PWD in health and care professions, and founders) are given the opportunity to share their individual experiences of inclusion and the effects of legal, social and operational framework conditions in workshops using innovative methodology and subsequent biographical interviews.
These results are then mirrored with the experiences and assessments of HR managers in the respective occupational groups collected during the project. This will reveal the difficulties and opportunities that exist on the path to an inclusive labor market and the contributions that employees, companies, social legislation and society can make.
